Terms, Privacy & Disclosures

Everything in one place: how we operate, how we handle your information, and what you can expect from us as a paying customer.

Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 22, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you” or “Customer”) and Bayit Enterprises, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Living Pages Curriculum (“Living Pages Curriculum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using livingpagescurriculum.com (the “Service”), you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Living Pages Curriculum is a homeschool curriculum-generation service that produces literature-based, Charlotte Mason-style curriculum guides and provides supplemental printable worksheets and curated educational recommendations. Generated curricula are created with the assistance of artificial intelligence and are intended for personal, non-commercial educational use within a single household.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately at hello@livingpagescurriculum.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

The Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis at the price displayed at checkout (currently $9.99 per month, plus applicable taxes). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize us, through our payment processor (Stripe), to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. We will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice of any price increase before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s Profile > Billing page or by emailing hello@livingpagescurriculum.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until that date. All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Subscription Limits

Each subscription includes generation of up to two (2) unique curriculum guides per billing period. Re-downloading a previously generated guide within the same period does not count against this limit. Limits and entitlements are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit curricula or worksheets generated for or downloaded from the Service;
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Service;
  • Use the Service to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning model;
  • Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts;
  • Share account credentials, or use a single subscription to serve multiple households.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property & License

All software, content, designs, trademarks, and branding within the Service (excluding third-party trademarks of books and authors) are owned by Bayit Enterprises, LLC or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use generated curricula and worksheets for personal, non-commercial homeschool use within your immediate household. You may print and adapt materials for your own children. You may not redistribute or sell them.

8. AI-Generated Content

Curricula are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence (currently Anthropic’s Claude). AI-generated content may contain factual errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all materials before using them with your child and for adapting them to your child’s individual needs. The Service is an educational tool, not professional pedagogical advice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAYIT ENTERPRISES, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bayit Enterprises, LLCharmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to your registered email address. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7–15) shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 14, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

14. Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (a “Dispute”) shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Dallas, Texas, or by remote proceeding at the parties’ mutual agreement. Each party waives any right to a jury trial.

Class-Action Waiver. Disputes must be brought in your individual capacity. You and we expressly waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

30-Day Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@livingpagescurriculum.comwith the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to your registered address and/or a notice on the Service at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 22, 2026

Bayit Enterprises, LLC (doing business as Living Pages Curriculum) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates livingpagescurriculum.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

You provide: email address (account creation, marketing signup, contact form), name (optional), curriculum inputs (book title, grade, duration), and questions you send us.

Generated automatically: session and authentication cookies, page views, the curricula and worksheets you generate, performance metrics, IP address, and basic device/browser information for security and analytics.

Payments: when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment information directly. We do not see or store full payment card numbers; we store only a customer reference, subscription status, and the last four digits of your card (for display).

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service;
  • To process subscription payments and prevent fraud;
  • To save and organize your generated curricula;
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, sample downloads, billing notices);

  • To analyze usage patterns and diagnose technical issues;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following sub-processors. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on our behalf:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing (PCI-DSS Level 1).

To exercise these rights, email hello@livingpagescurriculum.com from your registered address. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or similar laws.

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-scoped database access, and signed webhook verification. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of any material data breach without undue delay.

Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request earlier deletion at hello@livingpagescurriculum.com.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service (including login) may stop working.
